Welcome to Lightroom Workshops
“Tell me and I forget. Teach me and I remember. Involve me and I learn.”
Our philosophy places the workshop participant at the center of the learning process. We help participants meet their fullest potential in an environment that supports, respects and provides quality “hands on” instruction. Expect lots of personal attention, enjoy the accelerated, yet personalized pace, grow as a photographer, and expand your skills.
Workshop attendees can reference all the instructional materials on the special 4gb thumb drive provided to each participant.
Our unique program includes All the instructional content, a test Lightroom Catalog, along with a broad assortment of practice photos and Lightroom presets, so you can continue to revisit the exercises when you finish the Workshop.
“The two-day immersion into Adobe Lightroom was eye-opening and long overdue for me. Jerry’s success as a teacher is his ability to break down the complexities of the program and put the power of the software into easy-to-understand terms. The emphasis of “Hands-On” learning – taking the lessons and putting them into practical use on your own laptop – is simply the best way to learn the program. I only wish I had attended the Lightroom Workshop sooner.”Roger Hart, Executive Editor, AutoWeek, Detroit, Michigan
The workshop on Lightroom brought it all together for me. Finally I have an integrated workflow, using the full organizational and development power of Lightroom. These two days were a great investment for our photography business. Many thanks for your clear and enthusiastic teaching.Claudia Ward Bridgehampton, NY, Photographer
“Jerry Courvoisier is an excellent teacher with a clear and easy to follow style combined with an incredibly calm and patient manner. He is approachable and has a willingness to share his knowledge and experience while providing an opportunity to learn from his own work examples and portfolio.”
I came to the workshop to learn from a professional photographer and teacher…I left knowing I had found a mentor.Nancy Coe, Photographer
